Terms of Use — Munzako Academics

Munzako Data Management Systems, Zambia · info@munzako.com

1. The service

Munzako Academics provides study notes, practice questions and quizzes that follow the Zambian curriculum. It supports learning; the official syllabus and your teachers remain the final word.

2. Accounts

Give true details and keep your password private. One account is for one person. Learners under 18 may register only with the agreement of a parent or guardian. Munzako Academics accounts are separate from Munzako MDMS school accounts.

3. Plans and payment

Plans are paid in advance and start when Munzako confirms the payment. Prices are shown on the Plans page and may change for future payments. The free trial, where offered, is once per person.

4. Acceptable use

Do not share your account, copy or resell the content, or use the service to harm others.

5. Privacy

We collect only what is needed to run your account (name, username, email, mobile number, your learning activity and payment details you send) and handle personal data in line with Zambia's Data Protection Act. We do not sell your data.

6. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will show the latest version here. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
