What happens when the free month ends?

Nothing you entered is lost. Your pupil records, marks and reports stay available. Only the attendance register and duty roster pause until you choose a plan.

How do we pay?

Mobile money, after you register. Nothing is taken when you sign up. You enter the payment reference in the system and we confirm it.

Is our data ours?

Yes. You can export everything at any time, and if we ever cease operating you get a full export with at least 60 days' notice. See Privacy & Data Handling.

What if we stop paying?

Your records stay. Premium features pause and you can still read and export everything.
